Contest Period: The “Prosh Marketing StartupFuel Contest” organised by Prosh Marketing starts on the Nov 1 and ends on Nov 28, 2020.
Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Any Canada (with exception of Quebec province) or US based Seed or Series A funded companies. All entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of the submission and the company must have been operational at least for 6 months at the time of submission. Anyone from the business can submit the application for the contest, however we would recommend the CEO’s, founders or marketers from the business to participate in the Marketing Strategy sessions to take full advantage of the prize.
How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Contestants may submit their entries by filling out the form and submitting their information on StartupFuel’s site www.startupfuel.com under “ Pitch Competition”.
Only one entry per Business is allowed. Businesses with multiple entries will be disqualified.
Draw: The eligible contest winner will be randomly selected in an electronic random draw from all the eligible entries received during the contest period, on the 29th of Nov, 2020. Winners will be contacted between the 30th Nov, 2020 to 4th Dec, 2020.
Prize Description: Each business will have a chance to win a Marketing Strategy Prize Pack, which will include the following services provided by Prosh Marketing:
- Marketing Strategy Review with Opportunities and a Q&A Session (Prep + 1H Workshop)
- PR Strategy Review with Opportunities (Prep + 1H Workshop)
- Content Strategy Review & Content Audit (Prep + 1H Workshop)
- SEO Audit + Strategy Session - (Prep + 1H Workshop)
- Founder Story Video recorded virtually and edited to 1-2 minutes
Prize Value: The prize is valued at $2100 USD and is not convertible to cash.
Any regional allocation of prizes: There will be no regional allocation of prizes.
The number and value of the prizes: ONE prize valued at $2100 USD (not convertible to cash).
Any additional material information that affects the chances of winning; All the required fields of The Contest form must be filled in correctly.
Timelines and process to award prizes: After the random draw is completed, ONE winner will be selected and contacted by email within 5 business days and given up to 5 business days to respond and claim their prize. After this time, the prize will be forfeited, and another random draw will occur to select a replacement winner. The prize will be valid for redemption for up to 3 months, starting the day that the winner is notified of winning in writing.
The prize is non-transferable to any other business other than the enrolled business. The contest sponsor reserves the right to substitute this prize with a prize of equal value.
All entrants will be notified of the winners of The Contest by the first week of December, 2020.
Communication of Winners: After the winner has claimed their prize, the winner, their names and that of their business will be communicated on Prosh Marketing's social Media and other contest promotional materials.
THE PRIZE IS NOT CONVERTIBLE TO CASH
Prize limit: In no event shall the contest organizers be required to award more prizes than indicated in these contest rules or to award a prize other than in compliance with these contest rules.

UN-ENFORCEABILITY. IN THE EVENT THAT AN AUTHORITY WITH JURISDICTION DECLARES ANY PORTION OF THESE REGULATIONS INVALID, ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE, SUCH JUDGEMENT SHALL NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT ANY OTHER PORTION OF THESE CONTEST RULES, THE OTHER SECTIONS SHALL REMAIN VALID AND IN EFFECT, TO THE EXTEND PERMITTED BY THE LAW.
