Our clients are emerging businesses across a variety of industries, including technology, professional services, and retail in both B2B and B2C sectors, and are located across Canada and the United States.
Who You Are:
You’re a sales professional with at least 5+ years of business development experience
You’re a solutions driven conversationalist, inquisitive about others and how you can help
You’re passionate about the startup and tech communities, and actively engaged in the ecosystem
You’re a resourceful, proactive and ambitious go-getter who believes in putting your best foot forward in everything that you do
You’ve enjoyed working with customers directly in the past and take pride in offering great customer service
You’re attentive to detail and extremely organized, with your own processes to keep track of everything and make sure no lead goes unfollowed up with
You’re tech savvy and leverage tools to make your processes more efficient, transparent and measurable
You are a motivated, independent worker who can self manage and also work well in a team environment
You have an undergraduate degree in business, marketing or communications, and / or an MBA
What You’ll Do:
Deeply understand our target personas and research places where we might find them
Prospect potential clients during introduction meetings and provide a warm hand-off on qualified leads to our fCMO team to close
Assist in the proposal process, sharing insights to help design a profitable program
Perform customer and market research to refine sales messaging and optimize sales processes
Identify sales collateral needs and participate in their development
Represent Prosh Marketing at events, building connections and leads
Set KPIs collaboratively, actively update Hubspot with sales activity (daily) and regularly report on performance
Consistently look for new ways to grow the business
Perform thought leadership activities for Prosh Marketing while being an ambassador for the company within the startup community
