The Company & Situation
The company was ready to launch a new product to help with new customer acquisition and customer retention and wanted us to help with the launch of these products.
Eventually, because we did a good job, they called us to help them better organize and lead their marketing team to eventually prepare their company for sale.
The Challenge
It was the start of the pandemic and their target audience the “photographers” were struggling by losing jobs.
The Result
The product launch was very successful, the company let us manage their marketing team later and grew the base up until they sold their company to Zenfolio.
