The company was ready to launch a new product to help with new customer acquisition and customer retention and wanted us to help with the launch.

The challenge.
It was the start of the pandemic and their target audience the “photographers” were struggling by losing jobs.
How we helped.
We interviewed photographers to understand what their challenges are now and worked with the products team to develop features and communications to best highlight the ways to help them. We worked with the marketing team to create content for this new product as well.

The result.
The product launch was very successful, the company let us manage their marketing team later and grew the base up until they sold their company to Zenfolio.
